If you're asking whether you can make the dynamo fit your frame, I don't know, that depends on the shape of the chain stays, kickstand mounting plate, etc. Some frames are easier to work with than others. I can see how you may have trouble, but no use in speculating. Give it a try, you'll soon figure it out.

If you're asking whether the wheel size will run the dynamo at the wrong speed, no, there's nothing to worry about there.
