I'm 6'2" and I currently ride a 53-54 and I am in the process of acquiring a 56-57 frame the 53 is fine for my short trips around town but i dont know about longer rides I have only done one and it was about 15 miles it wasn't too bad...I am excited about getting a bigger frame though
