I searched and was able to find some info about an H McIver factory, but nothing specific about the tubing.

One of my neighbors was about to dump a Campania frame with some nice SR components, so I will grab it shortly, hopefully to clean up and sell for a small sum (feeding the habit, as it were). The pics below are of the tubing decals, and it has Suntour PRO forged dropouts. Is this tubing any good? Seems like double butted CrMo would make it at least worth looking.
