Seconding what Aubergine said. It’s 80s, and low-end, but with nice graphics and if 103 Carbolite frame, will ride nice and smoothly. I’ve had an Iseran and a P8 and they are not light, basic, but really pleasant to ride. However, somebody switched out the crankset on this for lower-quality rings and older cottered cranks, so deduct for that.
(Plus it needs cables... Well <$100 US & you’re fine.)
