You can always shoot the seller an offer. Don't go too low, but enough that it should peak their interest.
I think the colour scheme also plays a factor. Unless you're very familiar with the brand, it looks more like a rattle can livery. Black and pink aren't what most propsective buyers would consider be factory paint for a Pinarello.
