Here's progress, it's looking really good. I brush painted primer over the scratched areas, then sanded smooth. I then masked for the flat black, painted, reversed the masking and masked the blue the brown edge. Painted the blue, 1500 grit sand on the blue and black to take the orange peal look and smooth the masking lines.
