my opinion that your bike simply dont exist.
you want full stainless and cheap price.
materials would be steel or aluminum.
aluminum does corrode, as steel gets rust.
steel bolts in aluminium frames will lead pitting corrosion by eletric diference.

i would suggest strida folding bike for you.
