Thank you for donating! Just a mile home will be a breeze (unless there's a gale of a headwind, of course!). Just make sure you're well hydrated (and no, a jumbo margarita doesn't count as hydration, although it'll give you a hell of a buzz! and no, don't ask how I know). I usually felt the donation more on days 2-4 after donating than the day of.
