I think the actual wheel size was described as 520, but 24" tires fit. A lot of 24" tires were bulky, another thing that put off buyers.
I'm going to ask a former pro who is about 5' tall. She also builds, and no doubt she's tried one of the Terry designs.

A great bike and a great fit with the short top tube due to the 24” wheel. No toe overlap! :-)
It really is a lot of bike for how cheap they go now a days.
But I don’t want one ... sorry...It could be it’s a bit of a goofy look with the small front wheel.
And a pain to carry spares for both sizes, much less to find decent tires in a 24”. "
