these new units. not sure where she got hers. they seem very good. I've only washed them, never used them. if I were carrying them in a bike trunk I would sit them down right side up & maybe inside a plastic shopping bag. I usually do that anyway for the stuff that doesn't always stay in the trunk
I third-fourth-fifth.. or however many times this has been mentioned.. these containers. I've used them since I've been commuting 5 years. The last ones I know came from Costco the first I think came from Sams but could be wrong. Never a issue. You could use the glass version over plastic but you're adding some weight, but wait ever you prefer.
