The lettering that can be seen on the downtube looks like late '70's, early '80's, which would probably indicate a 1020 frame. The fork on the '82 Super le tour I had looked like the one on this bike, with the chromed crown and tips, but it looks like this bike has chrome on the stays also, which I don't think the '82 Super le tour had.
