campy freewheel hubs are the buy of the century, I've seen used NR hubs go for as little
as $25 a pair. NOS super Record are pretty spendy though.
GVH bikes is selling used super record wheels, with Mavic GP4 and Gel rims for $50 each. . .
can't go wrong there.
