Yup. That's how 22.5" treks fit me, and I'm 5'10". But to make them fit I need "a lot" (like two, two and a half fists) of seat post exposed, and then I need a taller stem so I'm not cranked way down looking for the handle bars. Your bike looks more balanced than most. Nice thing about bigger frames is how they can hide most of a technomic. You can use one and just extend it a couple cm taller than a standard steering stem and it still looks good.
