Looks like a reasonable selection for cool wet weather. The tights maybe a little cold if it in the 30s and raining but the knee warmers should help with that. The "wet weather socks" are not water proof but they do appear to be windproof and help keep your feet warmer than wool socks alone. Still I recommend a shoe cover/bootie over the socks. The shoe cover will help keep your shoes dryer and cleaner and they wont reduce the wiggle room in your shoes which it is important to maintain in cool tempertures.
