Interesting. "Tenting" was the observation recorded to describe what happened to male patient bed sheets during overnight Clinical Phase 1 studies of a blood pressure drug being developed in the 90s.
Interest in this compound as a blood pressure drug eventually stopped, and a different indication was sought. That compound is now widely known as Viagra.
