Yeah, I could do triple that on my CF bike no problem (i think), but now at least i know i can do it on my Ciocc (probably). All i have to do is switch over to toe clips that weekend, and hope for the best. I actually fell on Sunday because twisting your heel outwards DOES NOT release you from the bike, coupled with the fact that old brakes are not as good as modern dual pivot brakes. fell from an almost dead stop!
