At least in my neighborhood it is. I've not been riding this winter due to health issues that are now in the past. The last few days have been warmish and trees are about to bud and I got that "ole feeling" and took the bike out several times. The critters that live here seem to feel the same as they have been very active - birds everywhere, including newly arrived hawks but no Ospreys yet, squirrels are unusually frisky, and this morning I saw a very Red Cardinal. In the past I would have been coming off ski season and acclimated to cold. Like the wildlife here, I'm now glad to see warmer days.
