An inexpensive Dickey or Irwin apron woudl seem to keep the grease off of you. Get it with pockets. Get the apron with crossover straps (each strap goes over your shoulder and crosses over, so the apron doesn't hang on your neck).

The Silca looks nice, but not $75 nice, not unless I was back working in a bike shop.
