Well, I made it up to Ash Fork, believe it or not. And yes, it "kinda" is a fork in the road, where route 89 connects with route 40, aka Old Route 66, in certain areas. But I see they separate, at Seligman, with far less towns along the way on 40. OK for a car, but I'll stick with 66, for a better chance of survival (able to replenish water & such)
