I’m still under 100 with bike+saddle+chain. Pedals I’ll be keeping because they go to my other bike. May swap out the derailleur cables but that’s minimal. I eve I actually clean it up and get the white bar tape whiter I think she’ll be a real looker.

This tempo has a 26.6mm post.
It was definitely hard to accept that it’s to small but i just spoted a lemond on cl with 525 tubing in my size so maybe it’s meant to be haha

If you plan on flipping it, be careful on the amount of money you spend. If all bearings are serviced, cables replaced and it's gleaming clean i'd estimate it would sell in the $200 - $250 range. The tires are the expensive part, so you are fortunate there. Good luck!
I haven’t gotten in to the bearings but everything is turning smooth and I haven’t noticed any play so I may leave them alone. I’ll probably replace the Derailleur cables but that won’t add much cost. Luckily I live in a college town and we have a pretty big biking scene so I don’t think the price you listed will be hard to get especially having a nice set of tires.
