I think the Spykes feel better because they are mountain application and the difference the levers make is fairly big.
I have Spykes on my Jones Plus and I have to admit I haven't been that impressed by them. However. I've been watching videos and learning more about how to adjust them, differences between different brake pads, etc. Why didn't I do this before? Stupidity I guess. Now I am starting to think they are pretty good.
