I drilled up all my presta rims to Schrader when setting up tubeless. My backup tubes the bikes came with are Presta and still work... the size difference isn't that large and the tire pressures aren't that large to blow the rubber around the hole through. I have 2" tire on hybrid and 30 psi max.
