Hotels actually generally offer toiletries if you want to take a chance ... or check ahead. Might no t offer deodorant though. If you plan to be off the bike yes, the lightest possible shirt and pants ... if you have a cycling windbreaker/raincoat you could wear it as a jacket if the evening got cool. jeans are relatively bulky and heavy but whatever you like. Hairbrush if you need one. Razor if you need one. if you wear cycling-specific shoes with road cleats, bring the lightest flip-flops or slippers (Chinese kung-fu slippers are great.) And spare socks ... you don't want to ride all day in socks and sit around in a restaurant feeling them cool off as they evaporate.
I wouldn't bring a tire on a weekend tour ... if I was worried, I'd do new tires before I left. Tire boots, (tyvec envelopes (plastic mailing envelopes) are good) are tiny and light and usually get you down the road to the next town at least. Depending on whether you want to be more or less self-contained, bring some powdered gatorade or other sports drink so you don't have top buy it ... but sometimes the stop at a store for lunch and supplies is a pleasant break in a day's ride.
I'd bring a large washcloth in case you need to clean up at a roadside restroom after some mechanical work. It's bulk, not much weight, might not get used ... but I have found one handy often enough i'd probably throw one in the bag.
If you depend on your phone don't forget a charging cord. if something breaks and you need Uber .... or if you get lost and need GPS ....
You might want a first-aid kit. Duct tape, cloth tape a couple gauze pads, alcohol wipes .... road rash, saddle sores ... again, nothing you will need on 99 trips but you don't know if its this one and the next 98 ... or the 99 trips after this one.
it's just a weekend bike trip. You are on top of it already. Take pics and tell us how much fun it was.
