believe so, otherwise I wouldn't bother to pay a premium for it. Plus, in my experience they stay smooth for many thousands of miles.
I prefer Jagwire, but as I said, any good cable housing like Shimano, PorkChop BMX, etc. will shift smoothly if used with a good quality cable.I

If I can thread-jack my own thread for a moment: Can any of you confirm that it's necessary to replace a 5800 501 front derailleur for an R7000 front derailleur when switching over to an R7000 crank and cassette from a previous-generation crank and cassette? I was told all else besides the front derailleur and the bottom bracket are compatible.
