Upgraded mrs non-fixie's Devos. Changed the crankset from Shimano 600 49/38 to Stronglight 99 48/32 (alpine gearing!), brought the bars back a bit by exchanging the moustache bars with a Philippe touring set, replaced the honey-colored Brooks B17S with a black Brooks B17S Imperial.

All changes were approved during the test ride.
