Niner RLT 9 RDO - carbon everything, R8000 and RX-805 Di2, Absolute Black 46/30 oval rings with an XT 11-42 mountain bike cassette. Low gear is abour 19.5 inches. Four piston Hope RX4 calipers are in hand and will replace the Shimano calipers as soon as I stop procrastinating.

It is set up with Apidura bags for multi-day bikepacking. Gear weight is around 25 lb, more depending on food carried.

Everything is pretty tightly packed. I might try dry bags on the fork and carry empty Platypus soft bottles to be filled in the evening at camp.
