Man, I could sit down with you and talk bikes for hours. I searched the web and 116 bcd chainrings are rare. I even called YellowJersey; nothing.
There are plenty of 52t or 42t rings out there but not much else. I think the answer is a crankset that takes 110 bcd, as recommend by posters.
