The bags are surprisingly different in practice and almost everybody seems to have his personal favorite, based on individual needs and taste. I own a bunch of Brompton bags. The three I use the most is a Carradice Stockport City Folder, the T-bag and the shopping basket. The Carradice is my daily workhorse for going to the office, the t-bag for business trips and travel and the shopping basket for shopping. Before owning the Carradice I was using an S-bag for the commute for a couple of years - as good but less good looking, slightly different regarding characteristics. It is barely used now. I also own a C bag wich I only use rarely: Too big for my normal daily trips, too small for travelling. I'd sometimes like to have a smaller bag additionally like the Barbour bag Brompton invented for a short time along with the Barbour edition bike. But with this I did not like the fasteners (too slow) and I do not like the current other smaller options from Brompton as well as from the other manufacturers that I am aware of.
Thanks everyone, especially berlinonaut.
While I'd been to a few Brompton stores, it's very different to hear from a fan and from a salesman.
Looking at my stuff, I have all too much stuff that had been bought "as a bargain" instead of lasting functional stuff.
I have a feeling that the Brompton is something that I'll enjoy for a long time.
I'm personally thinking of the Valeria Barcelona basket bag

ps. the excellent Crane Suzu Bell won't work on the 2007 m6.

However, the Crane E-ne should work perfect.
