The Gevanelle/Retroshift lever bodies are Tektro R200 so replacement hoods for these should fit fine. BTW, I have these brifters on two bikes with 22,000 and 23,000 miles and over 6 years of service each and the hoods on both are still in good condition. I'm surprised yours are so badly worn.
