In my book, I look for quality features on a vintage frame/fork set. Have a look at Vintage Bicycle Quality and you will be much better prepared to determine a good frame set from one of lesser quality. Were it not for some knowledge of quality features, I would have passed on the most exotic, oldest and coolest bike in my collection, a 1958 Rabeneick 120d,..
