Umbria might be *slightly* less hilly then Tuscany, same great wine, same great food, same wonderful people. And they like cyclists.

Hole up in a countryside villa for a week, do day trips. Drink wine at night, eat great food, ride it off the next day.

Did you know that biscotti isn’t just a desert to be dipped in coffee ?, it’s great with an after dinner desert wine. I learned that in Italy.
