This is a 1983-1984 entry level model manufactured by Procycle after CCM went bankrupt at the beginning of 1983. Procycle offered a similar but not identical Aero model under their Velo Sport badge.

The fork crown is offset to the rear at the blade sockets. This was a common aero design in the earlier 1980s. It accentuated the profile of the slightly deeper, more aero profile fork blades.
