It's funny cuz 30 years ago I tried a helmet mirror and really didn't like it, but have no problem now with it after the initial few days at first. I figure that having spent decades looking through a camera eyepiece with one eye and often checking out the room with my other eye during press conferences and whatnot, I was very comfortable with switching my view point.

But can certainly see that concern. I simply find the pluses outweighing this negative.
