Jack was a machine tool guy who lived in Vallejo and commuted in to the city to operate his distributorship.

Co. seemed to cease play in the early 1980's. Have never known a specific date.

Sounds like he was in the right place at the right time with the right skill set for importing high end European bikes when the 70s bike boom started.
