I find the opposite, heat bothers me less as I get older. I got so used to riding in the heat last summer and fall, I was actually mad when it cooled down. Riding in 100 degree temps during the middle of the day had become my new "normal". Takes me a few weeks to adjust to the heat, the first few days are the worst for me.

There was a mention of "heat shock proteins" in another thread, which are generated in plants, animals, and humans as a result of exposure to heat. Interesting topic. I must have been swimming in these last August:
