Most hubs that are midrange will be some variation of formula hubs.
I would just get formula hubs. One brand that sells them is origin8. Just look for the track ones.
They are rock solid and will be great for most applications. Just don't radial lace them.

Velomine has great deals on formula hubs laced to some H+Sons.
You're looking at literally half the price of that above wheelset.
Someone else might be able to chime in with a better midrange option, but formulas have been my goto for a while and i've never had problems with them.
Those grand compes look cool. Never rode them. I hope they have sealed bearings if you're planning on using them daily.
