Very similar to the Topeak bag mentioned by [MENTION=104720]alan s[/MENTION] above. The Topeaks have D-rings for a shoulder strap that those Axioms appear to lack. I used a Topeak with fold-outs for a while, because I'm required to carry a computer (laptop or tablet) back and forth. The shoulder strap makes it somewhat multi-modal (AM-bus + PM-bike or vice-versa). But you NEED a rack with tubes/rods that extend rearward, rather than your typical inverted triangle shape, to avoid the side load swinging into the spokes.
