I think you have to first sand and degrease, then etch with a specific etchant for Ti, then when porous enough and quickly enough. prime it with epoxy primer. then color, then clear. wet on wet pretty much.
Maybe so, but that's not paint. You spray on Cerakote and bake it in a kiln. Enve allows it without voiding the fork warranty. My frame was cleaned by a 4 hr. hydroponic bath that removes impurities before it was sent out for coating.
