Landed my 4th Giordana recently and am now getting ready to do the build. This one is a SL tubed frame, so that gives me this along with the Cromor tubed Antares, the SLX tubed Polaris and the Excell Podium tubed XL Super.
Anyway, I mocked this up this morning with some nice Reynolds Tubulars that I'm debating using on it. If I go this route I'll build it up with a Campagnolo 10 speed Record Ti groupset I have on hand. I'm thinking since there's not much chrome on this using the mainly black parts and wheels would look sweet. I've even got a black Thomson seatpost I can use on this and maybe a black pearl or other black quill stem with black tape and saddle.
The other option is to pair this with some Velomine built Open Pro silver wheels I have with a decent looking silver Chorus 9 speed setup with silver seatpost and stem.
Curious what others think, I normally love the shine of silver components but for some reason I think the black will help the blue color of this pop.
