[MENTION=493878]Lemond1985[/MENTION] I am totally with you. A hammer and a piece of wood. I suppose you could get fancy and use two pieces of wood and drill a hole in each then skewer a piece of all-thread through both, with the head tube between and nut each end but a hammer would be way faster.
