I had the same problem. Stupid velcro strap wore holes in my bibs.

My BEST solution is a ziploc bag in middle jersey pocket, no seat bag...but...

If you really want a seat bag get one that only uses the rails, Lezyne Micro Caddy is a good option. It has a very WIDE strap that goes under saddle rails.
