Does anyone know which year Specialized switched to 1 1/8" headsets for the Stumpjumper? There's a 1992 Stumpjumper listed near me (looks similar to the one in this post) and I want to get one with a 1 1/8" compatible head tube so that I can use a wider range of forks.

Thanks!

No worries, but you may not get any response, you will however probably generate some great new posts, I have an 86 Stumpy that is mostly original but will be a donor for an 82? that is my size, bi-plane fork, etc. no pics atmo.
