Because the closest I've ever seen to that sort of identification on these forums is people saying derogatory things about the drivers of pickup trucks, and as I recall, a whole bunch of people went all kinds of crazy about cultural stereotyping. And I'm pretty sure those complaints weren't from the people YOU would describe as "PC types."
