I ask..."do you buy lottery tickets?" When I was involved in developing tests for recruits to the CT State Police Academy there was a thing called the "critical incident." You might be a State Trooper for 30 years and never draw your firearm but if you had to, you better know when it was appropriate and what to do. I never carried until this came close to home.
