So there's no reason to believe that a genuine Carlton wouldn't use the same. In which case, any ISO/English threaded bottom bracket should work without modification. I believe you are right on the BB threading. I found a 1967 Raliegh Catalog from Harris Cycle thats shows my bike titled under the Carlton model. Here is the link;
http://retroraleighs.com/catalogs/Ra...talog-1967.pdf. The 1964 Catalina has a different paint scheme than my bike. Since there is no 65 or 66 catalog available I can not rule them in or out. I am thinking that the Williams chainrings being dated 1966 points to a 66 or 67 model if the chainrings are original.
