Your options are limited. The only combo that I know of is to use the Easton EC90 Equipe road bar (not the regular EC 90) with the Easton Aeroforce carbon clip-ons. Easton claims that this is safe, and I haven't had any problems with this combo in the last year and few thousand miles of riding.
