I had an Excalibur. I gave it too some friends for the wedding but we all plan on making stuff with it at some point. I probably wouldn't go with anything but Excalibur for dehydrators as they always have gotten the best ratings.

Veganism is about eliminating exploitation from your life and the lives of others. It is not a diet it is a whole encompassing way of living to end exploitation throughout all life.

I got into veganism through doing human rights work for many years.
