So I'm taking this as a sort of challenge. The closest I could find is a Bianchi Giro. Looks similar, and a few complaints about paint quality, so maybe Bianchigirll was right and it was repainted.
The paint on this is flawless and the emblems/stickers look to be under the clear coat as I can’t peel the stickers at all. I don’t think this is a repaint.
