Frame is Reynolds 531. Drivetrain should be SunTour Alpha 5000, can't tell from the pix.
Around here, the market for steel bikes is soft. If it were in really nice condition with all new consumables, $250 tops. This one is a little rougher, so probably more like $175-200 completely redone. Adjust those prices up or down depending on your market.
