The actual tire bead removal and tube change from start to finish probably takes me under 2 minutes. It's the 5-10 minutes I spend pulling the tire off the rim entirely and inspecting for whatever tiny bit of wire or glass caused my flat in the first place that takes up most of my time. Been burned by too many nearly invisible metal slivers that lead to almost immediate 2nd flats to not take the time.
